Victorian Government Solicitor's Office is an administrative office of the Department of Justice and Regulation that provides legal advice to the Victorian Government and its statutory authorities.

If you have a complaint or feedback about a service we have provided you should first contact the staff member involved by phone or email and detail your concerns. The staff member will try to address your concerns.

If you are still have concerns, with the service we have provided, please contact the relevant Assistant Victorian Government Solicitor detailing your concern or contact our Complaints Officer on 03 9947 1416[i] to discuss further. Your complaint will be then be considered and you will be provided with a response as soon as possible.

Complaints about other Victorian Government entities

If you have a complaint about a Victorian Government department, statutory authority, agency or local council please visit the Victorian Ombudsman's website to establish the appropriate complaints resolution body.
