There are 3,400 Public Sector Boards in Victoria. These Boards play a key role in setting the strategic direction and driving performance of public sector organisations.

The Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office is proud to host a panel discussion to explore the role and operation of Victorian Public Sector Boards, including the processes by which public entities are directed, controlled and held to account.

The discussion will be facilitated by Marlo Baragwanath, Victorian Government Solicitor, and Joanne Kummrow, Special Counsel, who will pose questions to our experienced panel members drawing upon the key themes of governance, risk and conflicts of interest.
