September is turning out to be an important one for anyone interested in Human Rights law.
Yesterday, the Court of Appeal delivered a significant judgment on the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006. Tomorrow the High Court will deliver the long-awaited judgment in the matter of Momcilovic v R.
