Anna graduated in 2000 and joined the Australian Tax Office in Melbourne, where she worked in the Legal Services Branch as a litigator. During the seven years she spent at the Australian Taxation Office, she worked across a wide range of matters.
In 2007, she moved to the UK and worked as a litigator at the Office of Fair Trading in London. Her portfolio included defamation, consumer law and competition law matters which broadened her experience as well as her interest and commitment to public law.
Anna joined the VGSO Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in August 2010, she advises a range of government clients including Victoria Police, Corrections Victoria, the Department of Human Services and the Attorney-General's office. Anna's areas of expertise include civil claims against police officers, coronial inquests, personal injury claims, supervision order applications, crimes mental impairment matters and defamation.
