Carli provides advice to Victoria Police on a wide range of legal issues. Carli's practice focuses on police powers and duties, law enforcement, privacy and administrative law, including drafting instruments of delegation and authorisation.
As Senior Solicitor at the VGSO, Carli has experience in providing advice to Victoria Police on a range of matters. She has advised on amendments to road safety legislation and relevant police powers, privacy issues encountered by Victoria Police, freedom of information issues, as well as a tender for outsourcing of information technology at Victoria Police.

Before joining the VGSO, Carli worked in the Department of Justice as a Community Corrections Officer providing recommendations to courts in relation to the suitability of offenders to undertake community based dispositions.
