Current practice

Diana is a passionate litigation lawyer who works for government.  She advises a range of clients including Victoria Police, Department of Human Services, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, the Coroners Court and the Attorney-General's Office. 

Her areas of expertise include coronial inquests, personal injury claims by former wards of State, civil claims against police officers and crimes mental impairment matters. Diana also conducts litigation in relation to claims for personal injury arising from exposure to asbestos.



Diana is experienced in conducting proceedings in the High Court, Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates' Court and the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.  She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Diana completed her articles with the VGSO in 2006.  Prior to joining VGSO, Diana worked for seven years with the Magistrates’ Court as a Deputy Registrar with the Department of Justice, predominately in the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal division.
