Dianna carries out a variety of advisory and litigation work at the VGSO, including model litigant issues, contempt of court, discreet applications, review of administrative decisions and ongoing litigation. She works across all Victorian, and some federal jurisdictions.
Dianna started her career at Allens Arthur Robinson, where she worked in commercial litigation and information technology. Following commercial practice, she was involved in workplace relations advocacy work whilst at the Community Legal Centre in Launceston.
Dianna enjoys giving clients useful and practical answers to often challenging legal issues, and provides timely and in-depth advices.
In her role with the VGSO, Dianna enjoys working on topical matters that often involve an element of public interest. Particular highlights include advising government bodies on model litigant and policy issues that arise in or flow from specific proceedings.
