Current practice

Patricia's practice focuses on judicial review of administrative decisions, coronial inquests, public liability.

Experience

Patricia joined the VGSO as a Solicitor in 2013 in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution branch, where she works on a broad range of matters, including civil claims, coronial inquests and crimes mental impairment matters. 

Prior to joining VGSO, Patricia was appointed Associate and later, Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Davies, Judge of the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court. 

Following her associateship, Patricia worked as a lawyer at Clayton Utz in the Taxation team and was involved in a variety of matters, including disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Office (from audit to litigation), Freedom of Information disputes and the provision of commercial taxation advice.  

Patricia also volunteered at the Springvale/Monash Community Legal Centre/South Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault, managing victims of crime applications.
