The Projects and Procurement Practice Group provides specialist advice to government departments and agencies on all matters concerning public sector project delivery and implementation, as well as on procurement arrangements for public sector entities and agencies. This includes participating in the development of 'best practice' project and procurement structures; advising on tendering, probity and contract management issues; negotiating and drafting project and procurement contracts; preparation of contract  management manuals and other tools; advising on statutory interpretation and other statutory issues that impinge on project and procurement processes and implementation; and assisting in the resolution of contractual and other disputes.   The Practice Group acts for individual departments and agencies as well as on inter-governmental projects developed on a national basis and state-wide projects involving multiple departments and agencies.
