Current practice

Stephanie has a diverse litigation and dispute resolution practice, encompassing personal injury litigation (negligence and breach of statutory duty), coronial investigations, judicial review, and commercial litigation. Her clients include Corrections Victoria, the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria Police, the Department of Education and Training, and the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority. Stephanie also advises and acts for the Attorney-General in matters under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997.


Stephanie joined VGSO in 2019, after working as a Senior Associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Lansdowne of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a lawyer with Rail Projects Victoria's in-house legal team, where she advised government clients on procurement,  administrative, property, and commercial legal issues relating to major infrastructure projects. Stephanie has also worked as a solicitor at an international law firm in its projects practice, and continues to volunteer as a supervising solicitor at Springvale Monash Legal Service.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons, History and Criminology) from Monash University.
